             MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) is a standard for a mobile audio/video interface that allows consumers to connect mobile phones, tablets and other portable consumer electronics devices to TV and audio receivers. TV should be high definition supported. In other words MHL supported device can connect instantly to larger high-definition TVs to display streaming video, pictures and games all with immersive surround sound. Today many devices of Nokia, Samsung, Htc, Huawai, Lg, zte, panetch, meizu, acer, oppo,sharp, asus,panasonic, Silicon Image, Sony and Toshiba including smartphone and tablets are coming in the market with MHL support. The main companies to develop MHL technology were Nokia, Samsung, Silicon Image, Sony and Toshiba. MHL current version supports upto 4K resolution (3840X2160 P) .

                     MHL has good advantages: it charges your phone while it’s connected to the TV, thus you don't have battery problems. And you can use the TV's remote to control the content coming from your phone on the tv screen.
